- Are the falls worth seeing all year?
- Most impressive after the snowmelt in April and May. In high summer the Gutach carries less water; in winter part of it freezes and is lit.
- How warm does it get in summer?
- At 800 to 900 metres the highs usually sit five to seven degrees below the Rhine plain. That is why many guests move up here in a heatwave.
- Do you need a car?
- Between towns yes, within Triberg no. The Black Forest Railway stops in the town and the walk to the falls is signposted.
