The cleaning fee is treated as pass-through. It usually is not: platforms charge commission on the total a guest pays, cleaning fee included. Set the fee to match the cleaner's invoice and you are short on every single booking — invisibly, because it never appears as a line item anywhere. This also names the fee that would break even.
