Nightly price by season

A single nightly rate all year is the most expensive habit in short-term letting: you give away high summer, and the low price does not fill November either. This calculator deliberately runs backwards — from the income the year should produce to the four prices that carry it. Entering a base price and adding seasonal uplifts only hands your own guess back to you.
