Running-cost estimator for monthly stays

Two offers, one inclusive and one exclusive of utilities, are not comparable until both carry the same costs. An inclusive rent already contains heating and utilities, and adding them again makes the stay look dearer than it is. That does not happen here: you say which kind of rent you are holding, and the rest is treated accordingly. Internet, parking and cleaning are charged on top either way, which is why they are asked separately.
