Split group costs

After the booking comes the question that actually costs someone money: one person has paid for everything and has to tell eleven others what to send. Dividing by heads is the first thing everyone reaches for, and it is wrong the moment anybody arrives late or leaves early. Three people there for two of five nights are 6 person-nights out of 51, not 3 heads out of 12. We work out both, so you can still choose the simple split — knowing what it does. Accommodation is split by person-nights; final cleaning and extras by head, because they are bought once for the booking rather than by the night. Tourist tax is not split at all: it is charged to each liable person individually. You tell us who in your group is liable — the age and the exemptions are set by each municipality, and we do not invent those.
