Almost every comparison online puts a holiday let's gross against a tenancy's net. That is not a comparison. This calculator puts both sides net — after cleaning per turnover, platform fees and running costs — and names the occupancy at which the holiday let wins. It does not check whether short-term letting is permitted at your address.
