Close to the centre means Baden-Baden starts on foot rather than after a drive — and in this town that is precisely the point: the Lichtentaler Allee, the Kurhaus, the thermal baths and the old town all sit within reach of one another.

Three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms carry a family or two couples without anybody ending up on a sofa bed. For a spa or culture stay of several days, an apartment with its own kitchen is the calmer arithmetic than a hotel room with a restaurant obligation.
